WHAT'S GOING ON?

WHAT'S GOING ON?

Join us in supporting emergency aid in India with a relaxing night of Yin yoga and live shanti music from Mantravine! This Yin yoga and sound journey was designed to drop you into a deeply relaxed state of release and rest. By pairing Yin postures (passive poses held for 2-5 minutes) and music layered with healing frequencies, we hope to shift your vibration to surrender, trust, and hope. This is a mostly static class so it’s perfect to do before bed.
This is a live-streamed class for you to enjoy in the comfort of your living room. 100% of the profits will be donated to the Karwan e Mohabbat relief fund providing food and essential supplies to migrant workers stranded across India due to the Covid-19 lockdown.
Tickets are by donation. No amount is too small.

Email us a receipt of your donation to get the class

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Yoga mat or carpet
  • Pillow or cushion
  • Yoga blocks or few hardback books
  • Headphones or speakers to hear the frequencies
  • Candles and incense for the best relaxation

WHO IS INVOLVED

Kristen has been guiding yoga classes nomadically for the past five years. She’s shared vinyasa, yin and Primal Flow yoga from the jungles of Costa Rica to the cityscape of Singapore. She’s dually humbled and honored to be of service to the endangered communities in India with the dedication of this class and truly hopes the frequency + movement + stillness journey brings light to all who receive it.
Mantravine will be facilitating the music with a selection of healing frequencies, organic beats and global recordings of nature sounds, musical melodies like Mayan flutes, gong, handpan and more
